Reflexology Massage.

Massage that applies gentle pressure on specific points of the body, particularly the feet, hands, and ears to ease stress and pain in the body. Reflexology massage may also increase circulation, eliminate toxins, and raise energy levels.
Body Scrub Massage.
60-minute
A full body exfoliation massage that removes dead skin cells, promotes circulation, and rehydrates dry skin while applying gentle pressure to relax the body.
Hot Stone Massage.
30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute
A full body massage that incorporates heat by using hot stones which requires less pressure to more easily access deeper tension within the muscles. Hot Stone massage helps release stress, promotes relaxation, improves circulation, increases range of motion, encourages better sleep, and assists in reducing chronic pain while providing the release of toxins in muscles.
30-minute
Shoulder / Neck Massage.
A targeted massage that reduces tightness, deep tension, and stress, in the neck and shoulder muscles. This focused massage can improve circulation and help prevent headaches and migraines.
Lymphatic Massage.
30-minute and 60-minute
A gentle massage that focuses on specific areas of the body to help relieve swelling by unblocking lymph in the lymph vessels.
Scalp Massage.
30-minute
A popular massage that can help ease migraines, reduce tension, stimulate blood circulation, encourage hair growth, promote a calm and uplifted mood, and a sense of overall well-being and relaxation.
